I went to see Sophie to address various issues, and within one session I already saw a difference. After 3 or 4 sessions my hives (which had been chronic for 2 years and I had to take strong antihistamine everyday) completely disappeared. I stopped taking my antihistamines 2 months ago and they have not reappeared!
Acupuncture with Sophie feels like a soft nurturing dream, and I always left happier and lighter than before. She is very thoughtful and thorough in her approach and recommended a lot of other things to improve my everyday symptoms.
I would most definitely recommend booking with Sophie and I will definitely be back in the future :)

I have been going to Sophie for a few years now and I always feel like a new person after our sessions. I tend to go to alleviate hayfever symptoms, which I historically have suffered terribly from but now I have very limited symptoms and only on high pollen days - it is miraculous! I have found it has also helped as a reset for feeling more calm and level headed when this is something I’ve needed. Sophie is highly experienced and I always feel safe in her hands.
